- The City of D’Iberville proposes the Forrest Cove Sewer Improvements Project to rehabilitate and upgrade aging wastewater infrastructure serving the Forrest Cove subdivision and surrounding service area. The project will replace deteriorated sewer lines, rehabilitate or replace associated system components, reduce inflow and infiltration, and improve the overall reliability and capacity of the sanitary sewer system. These improvements will help prevent sanitary sewer overflows, protect local waterways and coastal resources as the Forrest Cove neighborhood ultimately drains directly into the Back Bay of Biloxi, improve wastewater system performance, and provide long-term environmental and public health benefits to residents. The project represents a critical infrastructure investment that will enhance the resiliency of the City’s wastewater collection system while supporting continued protection of Mississippi’s coastal environment.
