- This project includes the rehabilitation of lift station 43 which is a major lift station within the cities sewer collection system. This station serves Hollywood Casino and is near several tributaries which flow directly to the bay of Bay Saint Louis.

- - Increase quality of life for residents - Prevent overflow of wastewater to the surrounding natural drainage system, decreasing potential for groundwater contamination - Protect drinking water source - Provide significant improvements to hurricane/storm resistance for the utility infrastructure, which is an often-damaged area during storms - Reduction in repetitive losses to utility infrastructure
