- This project will build a knee wall along some designated areas of the boardwalk south of Highway 90 from Anniston Avenue to Debuys Road. The knee wall will mitigate the build up of sand along Highway 90 east bound lane. This section of Highway 90 has a median barrier that traps sand being blown from the beach during high wind events experienced during storms and hurricanes.

- The objective of this project is to construct multiple knee walls along the boardwalk south of Highway 90. This will allow for sand and wave protection for the beach and nearby housing and commercial buildings.
