- 9. Project Description/Overview
- Multiple sewer stations are in need of improvements throughout the City of Gulfport. This project will aim to make these stations presentable and improved. The visual screening of the Jones Park Sewer Lift Station, located adjacent to the newly constructed Pedestrian/TRAM bridge, will be the top priority for these improvements. Other improvements will include pump and control replacement to efficiently transport wastewater prior to going septic.

- Yes: This project will upgrade existing sewer lift stations in the City of Gulfport. This will allow for preservation of the natural resources around the city by improving the landscape in the area of the lift stations. Cleaner lift stations will not be an obstruction to the surrounding wildlife as well.
