- The Kiln Utility and Fire District aims to expand domestic sanitary sewer service from Highway 43 to Cuevas Town Road. This project will offer sewer collection services to a currently unsewered area and support the increased development in the area. A 6" PVC sewer main will be installed in the county’s right of way along Highway 603. Additionally, tees will be placed along road intersections for future sewer line extensions and gate valves will be placed every 2000 feet to comply with KUFD regulations.
